Puddle Ducks are award winning providers of swimming lessons to babies, toddlers, pre-school and school age children. Our classes are designed to promote bonding, water confidence and water safety in a fun and loving environment. We take your little ones through a structured programme designed to develop their natural affinity with the water and encourage them to learn to swim independently. Our approach ensures that your child’s needs are expertly fulfilled – never forcing development, but rather nurturing it to ensure a positive experience and love of swimming.
Our baby and pre-school programme is offered through five levels:
Floaties (0-6 months), Splashers (6-15 months), Kickers (15 months – 2.5 years), Little Dippers (2-5 years) and Dippers (2-5 years)

Swimming lessons for babies up to school age children through to competition level:
All half hour lessons. All DBS checked instructors and fully insured and accredited swim school. Small groups. Fully insured and DBS cleared for all instructors. We offer a free first lesson which can be taken at any time during a block.

Learn to swim at East Riding Leisure Haltemprice! 25m main indoor pool and a learner pool. Baby and Pre-school swimming lessons available daily during the daytime. Primary school age swimming lessons available daily after school and weekends. Children progress through a series of grades collecting badges.
The leisure centre also has a great cafe, large outdoor park and runs various other tots and children’s classes.

Sportsability Swim School provide swimming lessons for all ages and abilities in small groups. 1-2-1s also available. All lessons are taught by experienced and qualified instructors. SEN sessions are also available.
Classes are held at private pools in Dunswell and Skidby and at Winifred Holtby Hull. All stages of children’s lessons, plus rookie lifeguard and adult lessons.

Swim Pods is a small, friendly Hull based swimming school for children age 3+. Our venues include Frederick Holmes school, the Mercure Hotel, and Hymers college. Classes are limited to 6 children with teachers in the pool.
