Sandy Bottom Pumpkins is a PYO Pumpkins Festival which happens annually in Hedon every October! Pick Your Own Pumpkins from 23rd September 2023
What better way of choosing your perfect pumpkin, than actually choosing it from the field it was grown in?! The award winning Balloon Tree Farmshop has a unique take on pumpkin picking…PYO pumpkins! 13 different varieties of pumpkins including white, warty, yellow, blue, and your standard orange. Just come along and grab a wheelbarrow. Take a walk into the pumpkin patch to find the size and shape you like the best, or if you don’t have the time, there will be plenty to choose from in farmshop. Plus:

Drewton’s Pumpkin Patch is open every weekend from 30th September to 22nd October 2023, 10am-4pm. Then every day from 27th October to 31st October 2023, 10am – 4pm (Friday 27th 12-5pm). Free entry, dogs welcome, hot soup, refreshments and snacks available to purchase.
A four-acre field is full of home-grown pumpkins; offering various sizes and colours with over 50 varieties. You can carve your chosen pumpkin and enter a creative pumpkin competition.
