Us Mums run exercise classes for expecting women and new mums around Hull. At this event they will provide an insight of different activities available within the Us Mums project – different FREE TASTER sessions available on the day!
Zumba, Yoga & Relaxation, Sling Exercise (NEW!), Parents and Tots dance and many other. Come and explore!
Also you will have a chance to meet other local organisations who will provide useful information about different services available in the city, including meeting me, Mumbler!
Event is FREE to attend. Everyone is welcome. There will be a cafe on site to purchase refreshments, activities for children and much more!
