The Listening Space for Parents Launches

June 11, 2019

The Listening Space for Parents – A Four-Week Programme, launched today.

Being a parent can be one of the most rewarding things that we ever do, and it can also be one of the most challenging. Whether we’re managing toddler tantrums, supporting teenagers through friendship difficulties, or trying to balance the demands of work and family life, it’s easy to find ourselves riding on a roller-coaster of emotions. We can feel like we are being pulled in all directions with barely a moment to catch our breath.

Taking time out of the busy demands of everyday life to reflect on things that are important to us as parents can make all the difference. Having a breathing space where we are listened to in a way that allows us to be truly heard can help us to put any concerns we have in perspective.

The Listening Space for Parents is a four-week programme that provides such a breathing space for parents. During these friendly and confidential sessions you will:

– Experience powerful new ways of listening deeply to yourself and to others.

– Be given tools to help you manage the ups and downs of family life in a more resourceful way.

– Find ways to nurture happier, stronger relationships within the family.

It would be lovely if you could join us.
