Slinkies – Street Performances in Hull

August 23, 2018 - August 25, 2018

A family show that’s popping up in the streets of Hull city centre! Free street theatre.

Stretching to six metres high, twisting and curling into a ball, the two slinkies will tell their love story across the city landscape.

Runs Friday 24th August and Sunday 26th August –

  • 11am Queen Victoria Square to Trinity Square,
  • 2pm Queen Victoria Square to Jameson Street,
  • 4pm Queen Victoria Square to Trinity Square.

Also on Thursday 23rd August – The Whale. Somewhere in the city centre an 18-metre whale will inflate – what is happening, where did it come from and why? Suddenly the characters emerge and a performance space is revealed.
