Scarborough Streets is a brand-new three-day festival of outdoor performances, events, workshops, murals and much more taking place this May!
This free and inclusive community event will be taking place in Scarborough Town Centre over the Early May Bank Holiday weekend (Saturday 4 – Monday 6 May) and will include a variety of free performances and activities each day from 11am to 4pm.
Scarborough Streets aims to inspire, celebrate, and showcase creativity.
Free street performances will take place all over town including Brunswick Centre, Aberdeen Walk and Crescent Gardens with everything from circus, dance, music, magic, puppetry, spoken word and street theatre.
In addition to the performances there will also be murals, audio trails and workshops.
The weekend’s activity will culminate on Monday with a Community Walkabout Parade, led by Animated Objects, up and down Westborough from 3-4pm.
