Mindfulness, Meditation & Breathing Workshop

A workshop to learn about mindfulness and meditation, also including some breathing exercises. In this stressful day and age it can be a struggle to be able to relax. The benefits of meditation and mindfulness are scientifically proven to improve your physical and mental health. It also improves your feelings of happiness, wellbeing, joy, focus, emotional awareness and ability to deal with life.
