Cottingham Little Theatre’s magical Christmas production this year is a specially commissioned version of the classic Fairy Tale by Hans Christian Anderson. Kay and Gerda are best friends until Kay falls under the spell of the mysterious Snow Queen who freezes his heart and takes him to her palace far away at the back of the north wind. But Gerda is not giving him up that easily. As she journeys north with her friends The Crow and the Reindeer, the freezing cold isn’t the only thing she will have to fight if she is to bring Kay home. This enchanting adaptation is suitable for ages 9 to 99 Brim full of good cheer it makes a wonderful start to the festive season so why not fall under the spell of the Snow Queen this Christmas.
