Join us to celebrate 5 years of our Annual Yogathon raising funds for The Yoga Therapy Foundation in Hull. Think you are man enough, woman enough, strong enough, then come and join our challenge of 108 sun salutations. Its a tough challenge that will leave you high on energy. As always we will have our raffle and prize draw with lots of cake and refreshments to feed your energy.
Once you have registered we will send you your yogathon pack with your registration form, challenge accepted training pack and sponsor form.
Invite your friends to complete the challenge with you – no pressure to do all 108 sun salutations if you wish to join a team to complete it together or challenge yourself to do as many as you can.

Once you have registered you will need to collect your Yogathon Information Pack. Forms can be picked up from any of the Trustees or at The Amiyoga Studio. Alternatively you can email theyogatherapyfoundation@gmail.com requesting theses forms.
