Join the performers from Alula Cyr for an interactive acrobatic workshop based on the themes of equality, strength and togetherness that run through their work. Suitable for those with basic gymnastic experience (cartwheel, forward roll, handstand), the workshop includes an active warm up and games followed by an introduction to Cyr Wheel, group and solo acrobatics. Suitable for ages 11-35. Running time 3 hours.
