Dancing with Robert at 10:45am
Pilates with Sarah at 11:30am
All classes are half an hour and you are very welcome to stay for as many as you would like.
Hang around for a coffee and come back for a free massage from 12:30pm every 15 minutes with Robert or Sarah.
