I have been in the Health & Well-being industry and worked with women for nearly 7 years and I have worked with pregnant women & new mums for the last 3 years on a full-time basis. This has equipped me with in-depth experience and knowledge to help women lose weight and improve their body shape & overall fitness and health. Being a mobile trainer, I come to you taking the hassle out of traveling to a gym or studio or I meet you at your local park.
I provide – Individual sessions, couples/friends training (2 people), small group training (2-4 people), nutrition workshops, women’s well-being workshops, group fitness sessions.
I also run a Family Fit and Fun session at Tower Hull Methodist Church in Hessle, on Mondays from 6.30pm. This is an outdoors physical activity session for adults and parents with children aged 8 +. Spend quality time together with your friends, family and/or children. Increase your fitness levels and lead by example. £3.50 per adult and £1.50 per child. Just turn up, 4 week block booking after the first session.
Some of my qualifications: Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (QCF); Certified Practitioner of NLP Classic Code; Level 3 Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes (QCF); Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates (QCF).
