Balloon Tree Farm – PYO – What better way of choosing your perfect pumpkin, than actually choosing it from the field it was grown in?! Take a walk into the pumpkin patch to find the size and shape you like the best, or if you don’t have the time, there will be plenty to choose from in farmshop.
The Pumpkin Patch – PYO Pumpkins – Pick Your Own Pumpkin at The Pumpkin Patch Produce, Bewholme! They are running Pick Your Own Pumpkin events where you can choose from otheir field of over 10,000 pumpkins grown on our East Yorkshire Pumpkin Farm! PYO dates – 20th, 26th & 27th October, 11.00am-3.00pm. If you can’t make it to a Pick Your Own event (or if you’d like all the fun of the farm without the mud!) then pop down to their HUGE farm display and shop where we have hundreds of pumpkins of all shapes, colours and sizes to choose from! The farm is open from dawn until dusk EVERY DAY up to Halloween.

Southwood Garden Centre – Pumpkins are on sale now for you to choose your own from their huge display. Also 2 Halloween Open Weekends this year – 19th/20th October and 26th/27th October 2019. Event includes – new scare maze, meet the creature (snakes and tarantulas), over 1500 pumpkins, Halloween games, Autumn food sampling, ghost hunt, raffles and competitions. Humble Bee Farm’s Pumpkin Patch – Join Farmer Percy and the gang at the farm to pick a pumpkin, carve it, and then take an exciting walk around the Halloween Spooky Trail. You can also meet the farm yard gang and enjoy the play area. The pumpkin patch and nature trail is open between 12noon and 4pm daily, 26th October to 31st October 2019. Esmerelda the Witch will also be visiting on 27th and 30th October for some friendly Halloween fun! Both the pumpkin patch and Esmerelda events are open to the public for local families to enjoy. Pink Pig Farm Halloween – Harry Trotter at Hogfields- This year, as well as the annual pumpkin carving sessions, Pink Pig Farm will be transformed into Hogfields Wizarding School. 19th – 27th October. Select your own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch in Farmer Andrew’s field, take it to Hogfields School Hall and carve out your very own design, the spookier the better! Williams Den Pumpkin Party – Pumpkin Party at The Den 21st – 31st October 2019. Before pumpkin party time, children can pick their own pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch and create a pumpkin masterpiece at the carving station. Cannon Hall Farm Pumpkin Festival & Wizardry School – Cannon Hall Farm Pumpkin Festival invites young witches and wizards to join their Wizardry School. The Pumpkin Patch is returning once again and young witches and wizards will get to ‘graduate’ if they complete the challenges. There are thousands of pumpkins available for visitors to pick – and expert carvers will be on hand to help families create the perfect spooky lantern.
