If you’re looking for ways of keeping your children entertained this summer look no further, as Sewerby Hall and Gardens’ Summer of Fun returns from 20th July to 1st September with six weeks of holiday activities to suit all ages.
Event highlights include Yorkshire Day on 1st August, Wizard of Oz Day on 11th August, and a Summer Family Fun Day on 18th August. There will also be many other events running throughout the summer, including a Rusticus Adventure: The Cliff-top Mansion Mystery; a Festival of Archaeology; Magic Days and face painting; zoo activities; Active Coast events; and a butler school. The Clock Tower Café, zoo, adventure playground, pitch n’ putt and footgolf, and the house itself will be open every day and, in the Walled Gardens, there is a Wizard of Oz garden trail every day.
