Acklam Farm Stays Lambing Experience – Cancelled (online option)

acklam lambs

We are very sad to say that unfortunately due to Covid-19, we have made the decision to cancel the Lambing Experiences for the dates shown below after listening to the Prime Ministers address on 23/3/20. This is a really difficult time for everyone, so we hope we can still bring some cheer by doing Instagram live streams from the lambing sheds. Follow our Instagram page Acklam_Farm_Stays for live updates. We will confirm in advance the time we’re going live.
Stay safe and stay at home, unless you’re a key worker, in which case, we’re sending you as much good energy and hugs as we can physically muster (during the lambing season) to transmit to you… Alice 25/3/20.

Our pregnant mother sheep will be giving birth to their baby lambs, it’s a special time of year and an experience not to be missed! Why choose us? We’re a working farm so our Lambing Experiences are the real deal! Our 1 hour session involves:

  • Feeding the lambs
  • Possible sighting of birth
  • And a cup of hot chocolate!

Sessions will be at 3pm every day for 9 days on the following dates in April:

Palm Sunday 5th April – Easter Monday 13th April.

Prices are £10 for an adult (16+) and £6 for children (3+). Children under 3 years of age go free. Full payment is required at the point of booking. Places are limited to 10 people per session, so book in advance on: 01653 658281 / 07846 269128 or You can follow them on facebook here.
