OWJ Health and Fitness is personal trainer and fitness instructor Oliver Johnston.
Oliver is trained in Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise, which focuses on programming exercise specifically for each trimester, as well as after giving birth. Oliver has additional specialist qualifications in Pilates, Aquafit, Kettlercise®, Low Back Pain, Obesity & Diabetes and GP Exercise Referral. Pilates is an especially adaptable and helpful form of exercise for both pre- and post-natal mothers.
