My son has played at Hessle Sporting Football Club since he was 5 years old (he’s just turned 8 now). Each year we’ve done a little Christmas party for his team, the Hessle Sporting Eagles, and this year we wanted a good venue that was indoor, active (to run off all that energy that a bunch of 8 year olds have an abundance of) and good value so we booked an hours bounce at Gravity.
Gravity Trampoline Park in St Stephens Hull is a venue we’ve used before and I’m always impressed with. My son had his birthday party there last year and I’ve taken my younger daughter to their mid week Parent & Tots bounce a few times. My kids always enjoy it and so do I, it’s actually a really good workout as well as being a fun family activity.
We had 14 children for the party and our coach also joined in with the bouncing after a little bit of peer pressure! After the safety briefing and warm up they all got straight onto the trampolines while the parents went up to the cafe for a drink and to watch. The dodgeball area was especially popular with the boys.
We bounced 6-7pm so the night time lights came on for some of it which made it even more exciting.
After an hour some very sweaty boys (and a coach) had some juice and a team photo.
