OWJ Health and Fitness

OWJ Health and Fitness is personal trainer and fitness instructor Oliver Johnston.

Oliver is trained in Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise, which focuses on programming exercise specifically for each trimester, as well as after giving birth. Oliver has additional specialist qualifications in Pilates, Aquafit, Kettlercise®, Low Back Pain, Obesity & Diabetes and GP Exercise Referral. Pilates is an especially adaptable and helpful form of exercise for both pre- and post-natal mothers.

Physical activity and exercise should be fun as well as effective. Oliver aims to make exercise fun, enjoyable and dynamic so that you commit and adhere to it, and see and feel positive change.
