A New studio for 2018 offering classes, sports massage, personal training and wedding dances. 5 week class passes are just £30, or single classes can be booked for £7 (if space is available). All classes are limited to 8. Please contact them for their latest timetable.

We have now added new classes such as H.I.I.T Abs Blast & Body Blast. These classes are 45 minutes long, simply because you won’t need any longer!
Boxing on Thursday at 7:15pm has also been added due to high demand, please book early if you would like a space.
Our post natal class is for new mums to get back to exercise and fitness and we also have a couch to 5k for any new runners who would like to take part in any races for life in this area.
If you’re just not sure what you’d like to book, we have also included a Friday Freestyle class which is a mixture of 2 or more classes which feature on the rest of the timetable. Perfect if you want to try it all!

Buggyfit – Mum’s Class, Core PT by Steph 

Buggyfit is a fitness class specialising in pre and post natal training, welcoming your babies and toddlers to come along with you whilst you workout.

If you are wanting to lose the baby weight, but struggle with motivation and childcare or would like to keep fit whilst pregnant as well as you just enjoy working out then come along and give my class a try.

Run by Steph Aghabala, mummy of 2, Level 3 qualified Master Personal Trainer, BSC in Sports Science and specialising in pre and post natal training.

The class is located at a studio or at the Bull Field in South Cave every Tuesday at 9.30am.

Women’s Health Trainer – Relaxed Women

Women’s health and fitness is more than just aesthetics; it’s self-worth and independence. I provide personally tailored and holistic women’s health training addressing your –

I have been in the Health & Well-being industry and worked with women for nearly 7 years and I have worked with pregnant women & new mums for the last 3 years on a full-time basis. This has equipped me with in-depth experience and knowledge to help women lose weight and improve their body shape & overall fitness and health. Being a mobile trainer, I come to you taking the hassle out of traveling to a gym or studio or I meet you at your local park.

I provide – Individual sessions, couples/friends training (2 people), small group training (2-4 people), nutrition workshops, women’s well-being workshops, group fitness sessions.

I also run a  Family Fit and Fun session at Tower Hull Methodist Church in Hessle, on Mondays from 6.30pm. This is an outdoors physical activity session for adults and parents with children aged 8 +.  Spend quality time together with your friends, family and/or children. Increase your fitness levels and lead by example.  £3.50 per adult and £1.50 per child. Just turn up, 4 week block booking after the first session.

Some of my qualifications: Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (QCF); Certified Practitioner of NLP Classic Code; Level 3 Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes (QCF); Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates (QCF).
