Us Mums is a physical activity and well-being programme for pregnant women and new mums in Hull. They run several different sessions, such as:

Sessions run Monday to Friday at Children’s Centres, leisure centres, local parks, and community venues across the city at a low cost, ranging from £1 – £2 per session, with some session being free of charge. Simply register with your local Children’s Centre to be able to attend.

The regions only all weather 1km cycle circuit next to the Ennerdale Leisure Centre, offering a number of loops and straights for all cycling abilities, to help gain confidence and develop cycling skills. Sometimes it’s booked out to a club or school so please call ahead to check it is available for public use.

Fitmums & Friends offers friendly fitness sessions for all abilities, from beginners to those who already exercise more regularly. Everyone is welcome – no need to be a mum or fit – men are welcome too and all ages (over 16 years).

The Junior Parkrun is held every Sunday at 9am, and is 2km in length. It is for children aged 4-14 years (and their grown ups if needed). Participants need to register with parkrun first here and print off their barcode (free and takes only a couple of minutes). Then simply turn up at the event with the barcode.
