Hi! I’m Emily, a mother of one. I am an experienced & knowledgeable trainer, specialising in pregnancy and post-natal exercise. My classes have a focus on building up core and pelvic floor strength with mind to muscle connection using breath.
45 minute Pre & Postnatal Fitness Sessions at Driffield Health Hub, Mondays & Thursdays 9.30am and Beverley St Nic’s Hall on Fridays.
Here at Mummy & Me Classes we exercise to honour and celebrate what are bodies can do and have done for us. We respect, care and nurture our bodies through specific exercises that build a solid strong core, aid postpartum recovery & prepare for birth. Over the 6 weeks we will cover a range of different exercises, movement, breath work & stretching that are all safe, effective and fun. From week 1 to week 6 we will progress the workouts safely as and when it’s suitable.
