What’s On at Active+ and Little Monkeys

We are your local family friendly sports & activity centre, with soft play, a sensory room, indoor & outdoor 5-a-side and multi-sports pitches, function rooms and a new live music programme. Lots of popular dance and football groups run their sessions from our venue.

Located on Harpings Road Hull, HU5 4JF, just off National Avenue, our easy to get to venue has lots to do for everyone. We can’t wait to welcome you all to our new and improved centre – we used to be The Hull Indoor Sports Centre. We have free car parking and are hosts to a wide range of children’s sport and dance classes.

Term Time Sessions

Toddler Time! Monday to Friday 9.30am-3pm: Arts, crafts, colouring, messy play, tuff trays and more. £4.20 per child, adults free. Includes a limited time in the soft play and the activities.
Beginner’s football class – Saturdays 9-10am for ages 5-8 years.
Intermediate football sessions – Saturdays 10am-12noon for ages 8-12 years.

NEW! Term Time meal deal offer. Monday to Friday 3pm-6pm (term time only) – soft play and a kids meal of your choice for just £7.95.

Easter Activities

Easter Disco Party! 17th April 2025, 3.30-6pm. Disco, games and prizes, a sweet treat for every child and soft play. Just £10 per child. To book please call the centre on 01482 447766, or fill in their online form here.

Throughout the full Easter school holidays, hunt around the soft play centre to find a missing word and collect a sweet treat. Also check out these freebies on selected dates!

More about Little Monkeys

Little Monkeys indoor soft play is the perfect place to let your little ones run wild and there’s the Rainforest Café to refuel in before one last run around. Opening Times: Open daily 9.30am-6pm. Follow us on Facebook and keep up to date with special offers!

There is also Beetle’s Sensory Den, a sensory space for babies and tots.

SEN Sessions

Monkeys host exclusive sessions for SEN children and their families in conjunction with charity partners. Children get access to both Little Monkeys and the Sensory Den. These sessions are great for families to meet each other in a safe environment allowing the children to explore at their own pace. On some occasions there will be representatives from charities who can offer guidance and answer any questions you may have. Consider our family friendly venue for a nice get together or party with your family and friends! For those of you with large families and lots of children, we’re the perfect venue! We are planning a wide range of our own family friendly events so keep watching our social media pages for details.

Our family friendly events spaces are ideal for christenings, baby showers, family birthdays and celebration occasions. The function room is a great space for the party, and children can be entertained in Little Monkeys soft play during your event.
