Trampolining has been shown to help people with a wide range of sensory, developmental and physical disabilities. Our tailored Disability Sessions offer a completely dedicated yet fun environment with sensory engagement in mind, offering therapeutic exercise to people which have a wide variety of disabilities and additional needs – Reduced Sound and Lighting, Sensory Tents and Apparatus, Dedicated, Fun Environment. There is also a range of specialist equipment available for use during classes such as sensory tents and balls.

HENRY is Health Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young. It’s an 8 week parenting course with a crèche included, open and free to Hull residents.
This free programme is for parents or carers of children aged 0 to 5 years old and covers topics such as positive mealtimes, active play and managing behaviour.

Brownies has been running for 100+ years and adapting to meet current girls needs. Our pack has limited spaces for new members. (We know other packs may have long waiting lists.) We are a new pack with a very experienced Brown Owl, Chantelle. Our second leader is Louise Dell who has been a dance teacher for nearly 30 years.
Our pack is structured around what our girls want to do. They help plan the meetings around the Brownie program. The girls come from lots of different schools. They are all age 7-9 yrs old.
We can add 6yr olds to our waiting list but they can only start 2 weeks before they turn 7 to visit with a parent/ guardian. To register your interest go to the Girl Guiding website here.

Northern Lights Drama is a local independent theatre school established in 2013 by local actors Hannah Levy and Tilly Oakshott.
