Hull classes are run by Janine –
One of the UK’s leading providers of swimming lessons to babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Classes are designed to promote bonding, water confidence and water safety in a fun and loving environment and incorporate rhyme, music and movement based on extensive child development research. They take your little ones through a structured program designed to encourage them to learn to swim independently.
Taught in lovely pools with a maximum of ten children in 5 levels -Floaties (0-6 mths), Splashers (6-15 mths), Kickers (15 mths – 2.5 yrs), Little Dippers (2-5 yrs) and Dippers (2-5 yrs). Frederick Holmes and Winifred Holtby have lovely warm hydrotherapy pools which are ideal for babies.
The new Swim Academy Level 1, suitable for Primary age children is also at Winifred Holtby on Wednesdays.
Our Toddler Climb sessions are the perfect opportunity for your pre-schoolers to enjoy some of the older kids fun! These slower paced sessions, allow your Under 5’s the chance to try out any of our climbs. And when they’ve had enough they can head over to soft play. It’s an informal climbing session – so if you’re doing the school run with an older sibling, there’s no rush to be with us at 9am prompt – although the climbing needs to take place before 10.30am Friday or 10am on a Sunday. Your entrance fee covers a session lasting an hour and a half.
We recommend that Toddlers should be able to walk and weigh a minimum of 22lbs to take part.
