- Willerby, Gentle Yoga Class. This focusses on mobilisation of joints and muscles, gentle flow and calming breathwork. Mondays, 11-12pm and Thursday 10.30-12 at Willerby Guide Hut, Main Street. Willerby.
- Anlaby, Hatha Yoga Class. This class will focus on yoga poses that build strength in the body and breathwork during savasana. Tuesdays 6.15 – 7.15pm at Calvella Dance Studio, Pryme Street, Anlaby.
- Anlaby Yin Yoga Class. Yin yoga complements the yang side of yoga, such as Hatha. This class will concentrate on releasing the muscles and fascia through holding poses for longer but with support and props to help and bring comfort. Tuesdays, 7.30 – 8.30pm at Calvella Dance Studio, Pryme Street, Anlaby.
