This course is designed to help native speakers of English overcome problems they may have with spoken and written English.
It covers punctuation, spelling, grammatical terminology and common errors when writing, for example the use of the apostrophe. Differences between the following pairs of words are discussed: affect and effect, practice and practise, sat and sitting, stationary and stationery, their and there, who’s and whose, your and you’re, it’s and its…and the list goes on.
With many years’ combined teaching experience, Ray Stow and his team aim to provide thoroughly researched and specialist material, tailored to suit individual needs. All generic teaching materials have been written by him and thereafter materials are produced for the specific individual or group.
