Fitmums & Friends – support to be more active. Want to be more active? Need a helping hand to get started? Fitmums & Friends can help. Fitmums & Friends offers fitness walking, running, buggy and cycling sessions across Hull and East Yorkshire. Our sessions are friendly and fun, and support all abilities, from beginners to those who already exercise more regularly. Everyone is welcome – no need to be a mum or fit – men are welcome too and all ages (over 16 years).
If you’d like a helping hand to get to your first sessions, we can:
- Arrange a chat with one of our volunteers, on the phone or via Zoom, to put you at ease before you come to a session.
- Meet you outside a club session so that you have someone to walk in with.
- Put you in touch with one of our In the Pink volunteers who will explore how we can best support you and attend up to three Fitmums & Friends sessions with you.
