Dressmaking for Children: Kimono Jacket
For ages 10-16 years
Saturday 29th June 9am – 1pm
Market Weighton Methodist Church room – Wesley Centre.
A truly fantastic opportunity for children to learn to make their own clothes! In this wonderful session, we show children how to:
- Safely use a sewing machine
- Cut fabric from a pattern (fabrics to choose from)
- Make hems and seams and assemble their garment
- Add bias binding trim
- Add pom-pom trim (colours to choose from)
They’ll be thrilled with their own creation! All materials and equipment are provided. £35 per child.
