7.30pm – The Immigrant, a hilarious and heart-warming slapstick comedy inspired by Charlie Chaplin’s original film. This delightful show tells the story of people starting a new life in a strange place. Based on hundreds of accounts of what it is like to come to live in an unfamiliar culture, the show is about the universal experience of trying to fit in when you stand out.
The performance is non-verbal, making it fully accessible for D/deaf and hard of hearing audiences and those with English as an additional language. The family friendly show has a running time of 70 minutes.
