Monday 4th June – Sunday 10th June is National Bookstart Week, BookTrust’s annual event celebrating the joys and beefits of sharing stories and rhymes with children from an early age.
This year’s chosen book is ‘A Busy Day for Birds’ by Lucy Cousins. All libraries will be celebrating in their under 5s regular weekly sessions – Baby Bounce, Toddler Time, Toddler Tunes and Storytime in Hull libraries and Bounce & Rhyme and Storytime in East Riding libraries.
