Lambing Sunday at Bishop Burton

April 28, 2019

Bishop Burton College is throwing open its doors to visitors on 28th April 2019 to show off its first lambs of the season. Lambing Sunday, the college’s annual springtime spectacle, gives the public the opportunity to pet newborn lambs, help with feeding and see the birth of new lambs up close. In addition to the exciting lambing shed, the college will also be hosting a number of other activities across its vast campus. From show jumping and horse petting, to farm machinery displays, pig unit tours and animal petting in our animal management unit, there’s something to entertain all the family.
