Heather at HMB Naturals is holding an Introduction to Aromatherapy Workshop, for you and your family, at the Ami Yoga Lounge, Princes Avenue, Hull.

The following will be covered:

• The power of positive touch
• Aromatherapy and massage with children – becoming and staying connected
• Physical, emotional and spiritual properties of some popular oils
• Hand or/and foot massage skills
• Bringing the wonders of aromatherapy into everyday life
• The art of blending oils
• Safety of essential oils

At the end of the day you will take away your own magical blend of oils, an information pack and hopefully new like minded friends!
