This session we will be joined by Caroline Frost (Office Manager) and Piotr Lesnyfrom (Consultant Gynaecologist) the Hull IVF clinic team.
Whether you’re currently considering IVF or would like to understand your options for the future, this session is ideal for individuals and couples who are overwhelmed by the thought of fertility treatment and would like reliable information on the processes, treatment options and information about eligibility for funding. Our previous sessions with the Hull IVF team have been a huge success and people expressed that it was extremely reassuring being able to speak to experts in an informal environment alongside other people also struggling to conceive.
There’s no pressure to speak – many new people to the group choose to listen whilst others are bursting with questions. Remember, no question is a silly question. This group is intended to support each other.

This is a friendly and informal support group for anyone having trouble conceiving. Whether you’re in the early stages of trying to conceive or have been through several rounds of IVF; if you’re trying for your first child or experiencing secondary infertility, this group welcomes you. These meetings provide a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment for people to share their experiences and meet others who understand how they may be feeling.
Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at Lonsdale Community Centre, Hull. Car park is available at the back of the building (accessible via Walton Street). Sessions are free to attend and refreshments are provided. There’s no need to register, but if you have any queries or concerns, please email hull@fertilitynetworkuk.org.
