Feeling Good Session with Us Mums Hull

Restore a sense of calm and inner peace with this free online session from Us Mums Hull. 22nd October at 6pm.
Our first Feelin’ Good session last month went really well, so we have organised another one!
Whether you are currently pregnant or you are a new mum, join us for 30 minutes of guided meditation and gentle, relaxing stretching, followed by a chat with our lovely Healthy Lifestyles midwife.
Other health professionals and those supporting pregnant ladies and new mums are welcome to join in as well.
