This Children’s Mental Health Week (7 – 13 February), join us for a combined session of yoga and children’s story of ‘Augustus and His Smile’. Stretch and search like Augustus the tiger, to help him find his smile. This is best suited to children aged 3-8 with an accompanying adult. If possible, please bring your own water bottle, yoga mat and blanket or warm jacket for relaxation.
