A FRINGE event in Grimsby of the forthcoming Light Gardens, Cleethorpes, Mission … Save The World is the perfect treat for your little ones.
Grimsby’s Birdhouse Theatre presents the highly visual, fun and energetic play about sibling rivalry, strengths, weaknesses and superheroes, performed by the brilliant M6 Theatre Company.
To give you some idea of what is in store: Captain Clever is good at code breaking and problem solving, whilst Captain Conker is super-fast and not scared of anything (except spelling!). But the superheroes have a BIG problem—a very disgruntled Mission Control, voiced by Sue Johnston OBE. As they race against the clock, a tadpole catching competition challenges the dynamic duo to harness their strengths and overcome their differences. Working as a team, can they save the world … together?!
Mission … Save The World is suitable for ages 5+ and takes place at Grimsby Institute’s Art School on Wednesday, October 23 at 1.30pm. Tickets cost £5 per ticket (adult/child) while a family ticket of two adults and two children costs £18 + booking fees.
