The Teaming up for Health partnership is working with Rugby League Cares and Sport England to bring a new exciting project called Back Onside into Hull. Back Onside provides the opportunity for men to train with past and current players to build strength, stamina and fitness with other likeminded men. The sessions are delivered in series of 10 weeks.
Jason Netherton will be leading the sessions taking place at KCOM Craven Park. There are two sessions per week taking place at KCOM Craven Park; Tuesday at 5pm and Wednesday at 6.30pm starting in the New Year. The first sessions will be on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th January. Both of these sessions will take place in the North Stand Concourse.
Jack Downs, a former Hull FC player, will be leading sessions which are taking place at Bonus Youth Performance Centre every Tuesday evening from the 8th January at 6pm.
